Our Munich Artists 2016 book is printed.  We used a printer in Bavaria to support the local economy so the books look beautiful but are a tad more expensive than if we printed them in far away lands. For the Munich Stories project, we printed a limited run for 2016 which will be available at Frauenstrasse 18, through our website Munich Artists & Trefubox.co and at the Munich Readery (on November 12th.)

Book Launch

Our book launch is on November 12, 2016 at the Munich Readery.  Many of the writers and artists will be present for the event. Diana Radovan organized the launch and has scheduled artists to talk about their work and writers to read a one of their stories.

The book price is 24 Euro and is an A4 soft cover book.

The Stories Continue

We loved this project so much that in 2017, we will create two books, one illustrated story collection in English and one illustrated story collection in German. Both books will have their own writers/artists teams working in German or English.

I am not sure how many illustration artists we will need. If you are interested in the concept, please let me know.  No abstract work is permitted and we prefer creatives with some connection to Bavaria.

Because some artists wanted to play along this year, Munich Artists will include the Munich Stories ideas in our Munich Artists challenge during the months of July and August.  More will be posted about this on Munich Stories and our Munich Artists Challenge group on Facebook.
